Massages can only be performed for people under 18 years of age with prior authorization from an adult with a family relationship. Booking a massage performed by a related adult for a person under 18 years of age will be considered an authorization.
When accompanied by an adult, people under the age of 16 may use the Spa space.

You must indicate the massage, date and time desired.
No-shows/cancellations:
Failure to show up for the massage within the previously booked time will result in the cancellation and charge of the full price of the massage. The tolerance for delays will be 10 minutes.
Non-guests will be asked to pay for the massage in advance. Failure to attend will result in loss of the amount paid.
Free cancellations are accepted up to 3 hours before the start of the first massage booked. After this period, 50% of the massage price will be charged.
Equipped with a covered swimming pool with jet, waterfall, bubble bed and swimming against the current, jacuzzi and Turkish bath.
Water temperature varies between 30 to 32 degrees. Maximum depth of 1.30 meters.
We do not recommend using the jet and cascade for people under 12 years of age.
Internal temperature varies between 40 to 45 degrees. The door must remain closed during/after use.
We do not recommend use by people under the age of 12.
Water temperature varies between 32 to 36 degrees. The equipment capacity is 3 to 4 people at the same time.
Staying longer than 15 minutes is not permitted.
The water is analyzed monthly by a certified laboratory. The PH and Chlorine levels present in the water are analyzed daily. The temperature is also checked. The results can be consulted in the Spa area, available to all users.
